John and I are preparing for the birth of our son using the Hypnobirth method, Yes call me crazy, but I am so excited about it. I prepare myself daily for a natural, calm, labor and birth experience.
I DARE you to check it out!On Monday when expecting to baby sit, I went over to my friend Christy's house, and Surprise all of "girls" the Dental student wives were all there for a nice baby shower for me! It was such a wonderful night. A nice dinner was prepared, that we all enjoyed. The whole night we just sat around and chatted. We also enjoyed some games and I was definitely spoiled with numerous gifts. I had such a fun night and I love all of the girls that I have become such great friends with. Thanks girls. (sorry I have no pictures of the night, just a few of the gifts I received).
To top off the night, or the early morning, when I got home, which was around 230am, John was sleeping soundly. I slipped into bed, and John asked me to grab him a pair of pajama pants because he was cold. His clothes are in the other room, the soon to be baby's room, when I entered I noticed something new! A Brand new recliner, rocker, swivel chair that I have been wanting!! I am screaming for joy. WOW! What a night, I was so spoiled by both my friends and my wonderful husband!
A few other happenings around the house, I bought my stroller car seat travel set (thanks mom and dad) and love it. It is the Chicco cortina. I want to take it for a stroll but I think people might question that because of my growing belly.

I have also been trying to do some crafty things, and I made me some burp cloths for baby. They were so easy and I think they turned out totally cute!
One last thing, I have to congratulate my beautiful sister who gave birth to a beautiful baby boy last week. Jacob Ryan joined our family!! I am so excited to see him, I go out to Utah next weekend!
